Each document is downloaded, text-extracted, run through our 28-type AI entity extraction pipeline, and cross-referenced against the entire graph. At scale, AI processing costs about 2 cents per document.
Ingests 10+ full congressional hearing transcripts
Each 2-3 hour hearing produces 200-500 sworn statements and identifies 50+ entities. $20 covers the AI processing for a full batch of hearings with room to spare.
Covers a month of server infrastructure
Neo4j graph database hosting, Next.js application server, SSL certificates, domain hosting, and data storage. This is our biggest ongoing cost.
Funds a major ingestion campaign
Enough to process thousands of FOIA documents, multiple hearing transcripts, and expand the NUFORC sighting database — while covering server costs for two months.
